When Will My Order Ship?
All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm PST ship within 24 hours. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject for review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.

Note: Orders placed during weekends, special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Most likely, yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart and select "Begin Checkout." In the "Shipping address" section, select the "Country" drop-down menu. If your country is included in that list, then you can go ahead and place an order. If your country is not included, then unfortunately, we don't ship to you. In this case, we'd suggest having a friend from another country order for you and forward the shipment to you.
HOW DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING WORK?
We use DHL eCommerce for all international shipments.

Our Standard international shipping method is similar to postal shipping, and different from DHL courier. DHL eCommerce handles your order from picking up the package at our warehouse until it arrives to your country. Once the order reaches your country, it is handed off to your local post office for customs processing (if needed) and delivery. The delivery is made by your national postal service, not DHL eCommerce. Average total transit time is 2- 5 weeks. However, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local customs office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Please ensure to provide a shipping address that your local post is capable of delivering to. We will not be liable if your post office is unable to make delivery to the shipping address provided.

Customs fees and additional fees may apply to international shipments with the Standard and Standard Plus shipping methods. Contact your local customs office for more information.
WHAT IS PREMIUM INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Customs, duties and additional fees are all prepaid with our premium international shipping option, so you will not have to pay any additional fees when your order is delivered. It is also more reliable and faster than our Standard shipping options. Premium shipments typically arrive in 4-10 business days. Please note that our premium shipping option is only available for certain countries. We currently offer premium shipping to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden and the UK. Since premium shipping is a better shipping service, we currently do not offer Standard shipping where Premium services are available.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES AND TAXES?
Any international orders processed using Standard shipping methods may incur customs and additional fees. Because of this, we include a note in the shipping step of checkout letting you know that all international orders may incur customs fees and additional fees. We know that the customs office is not a fun place, but we need to follow their rules and fill out all customs forms properly by marking the package correctly and including the value of your goods. Otherwise, we risk having the shipment returned to us or being prohibited from shipping to that country. Any collection of customs fees goes to your government, not to Alo Yoga. Since we do not have control over the customs authorities in your country and since fees vary from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about customs fees, duties and taxes, and how to avoid them. Most countries allow up to a certain value of good into the country without any additional duties and taxes.

For certain countries we offer a Premium shipping method that includes prepayment of all customs and duties.
WHY WAS MY ORDER SHIPPED IN MULTIPLE PACKAGES?
International postal services place a $1000 value limit ($150 for China) on international shipments. If your order is above $1000 ($150 for China), your order may be shipped as multiple shipments with separate tracking numbers.
EXPRESS CUT-OFF TIME
All orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping must be placed by 12 pm PST for same-day shipping. Orders with 2nd Day and Next Day Air shipping placed after 12 pm PST will be shipped the following business day. We cannot guarantee expedited delivery to rural domestic addresses.
Do you ship to po boxes or apo/fpo addresses?
For security reasons, we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses in the United States.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
When your order has been shipped, we will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online.
Do you offer signature-required shipment delivery options?
Yes. To ensure the safety of large orders, we automatically require a signature upon delivery for all orders over $500.
Do you offer gift wrapping or boxes?
Sorry not at this time.
TRACKING AN ORDER
To check your order status:

  1.  Log in to your Alo Yoga account.
  2. Under your Account Dashboard, you will find all of your recent orders.
  3. Click the "View Order" link to the right of the order you wish to track.
  4. You can view order details and track your order by clicking the "Track Your Order" link.

Free shipping valid in the continental United States for Fedex Ground and internationally for the Standard (1-3 weeks) shipping option. If you choose another shipping method, regular charges will apply. To participate, select the free shipping option displayed at checkout. Please note, at this time we do not offer weekend delivery on express shipping options.
