Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your new purchase. If you don't love it, send it back, it's that easy! We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days* of purchase.

Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.
Please, allow extra time for us to process your refund during the holiday season.

DOMESTIC RETURNS
  1. To initiate a domestic return, sign in to your account and click “Return” OR visit our Return Portal here.
  2. Enter your order number* and email to start the returns request.
  3. Select your items, reason and shipping method (pre-paid FedEx label or your own carrier** ) and click “Confirm.”
  4. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.
  5. Please allow 2 to 4 business days to process the return once it’s received. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued.

We will refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All bodysuits and underwear items are final sale. Aloyoga.com does not accept returns for Alo store purchases or 3rd party retailers.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
  1. Contact customer service with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return and the reason for your return by clicking here and filling out the form.
  2. You will receive an email with further information on how to complete your return within one business day.**
  3. Please allow 2-4 days for us to process your return merchandise after it has been received.

We'll refund the price of the merchandise (excluding all applicable shipping charges and any customs, duties or additional fees that may have applied to your order) upon receiving the return. Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

HOW TO EXCHANGE
Aloyoga.com does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to www.aloyoga.com to submit a new order for your new items.
STORE RETURN POLICY
You may return full price merchandise purchased in-store to any Alo store for a full refund to the original form of payment within 30 days of purchase, excluding cash transactions. We only refund cash purchases to credit cards at this time. You may also return or exchange full price merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All merchandise returned for exchange, store credit or refund must have original tags attached, be unused in sellable condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt. Purchases paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid to the other original payment method. All bodysuits, underwear, cosmetics and café items are final sale. Alo Yoga stores do not accept returns for Aloyoga.com purchases or 3rd party retailers.

Alo Yoga is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with a proof of delivery or tracking number

*Your order number can be found in the upper right hand corner of your ship confirmation email.

**Alo Yoga is not able to generate return labels for international shipments. International customers will be responsible for return shipments.
